 Appalachian Trail / Mount Katahdin - Alpine Boulders

 

Large finger like boulders rise from a rocky plain, hazed by fog.

These boulders litter the summit plateau, remnants of long ago geological activity. The clouds are hiding the full distance, and make it harder to find the summit.
