 Newgate North - Outlook Rock Ledge
 

A blue and black backpack with red straps and a grey camera case in front of a large grey mound of rock topped with a broomsticked cedar.

This outlook features a large ledge, possibly rounded by glacial action. The rock is typical Connecticut traprock, a basalt. This is a nice place for a rest stop.
